Ingredients

800 grams quark
200 grams blackberries
1 banana
40 milliliters milk
80 grams oatmeal
20 grams ground flaxseed
4 teaspoons peanut butter

Preparation

Wash the blackberries and peel the banana.

Cooking Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour the purple smoothie into four glasses or take it to go!
